Do I need to order a fire package for my tent or canopy rental?

All canopy rentals OVER 400 square feet must order a fire permit package. We handle the entire process. Price includes all fire safety accessories, as required.

I have my own tent or canopy, do you handle the fire permit submittal process?

For customer owned canopies, and trailer awnings, we can do all the paperwork for you and provide you with all the NV approved fire safety accessories that you will need. Please call for quote.

Do you offer drill/fill/staking services?

Customers bringing their own canopy, pop-up tents, trailer awnings and outdoor sign truss systems. $195/each stake. Includes stake rental, staking plan submittal, stake drilling and removal, and lot repair with a LVCC approved patch. Please visit our Add-on form to order a staking package or for more information.

Do you offer canopy installation services?

We can install/remove customer owned canopies and tents. Price includes all labor, staking, staking plan submittal, and lot repair with a Las Vegas Convention Center approved patch. Customer is responsible for freight. Please call our Canopy &Tent Sales Department for a installation quote.

What does my canopy rental include?

Canopy rental price includes canopy rental, freight to/from site, install, anchoring (staking only), staking plan submittal to LVCC, dismantle, stake removal, and patch & fill holes with LVCC approved patch.

Can I hang my own Graphics or Banners on the tent?

No, personal graphics cannot be used or placed on the surface of the Canopy or Tent itself. Cutting holes or using any type of adhesive at all such as Velcro fasteners, duct tape, or anything that might leave a sticky residue on our tent is not allowed. Our Graphics Department specializes in graphics for our tents which can be easily ordered online. Our team will install and remove the one-time use graphic for you. If you do place your personal graphics on our tents, your personal graphics will be removed immediately, you will be invoiced for the price of each graphic used, a removal fee for each graphic, and possibly the cost to replace the tent. 

Can I hang something from the top of the canopy such as a digital screen, tv or model?

No, The frame of the canopy is made of a lightweight aluminum and is not designed to support additional weight.

What if you are unable to use conventional tent stakes to secure my canopy or tent?

Most parking lot rentals at the LVCC will be able to be staked. However, in the case that you are unable to stake in your assigned booth space that you will be exhibiting in, we do offer concrete block ballasts to anchor and support your structure for an additional rental fee per tent leg, as needed. Most canopies and tents require a minimum of 4-6 concrete blocks and the weight of each block is determined by the size of your structure. click here to go to our Add-on Form.

What if I want to display something under my canopy that is more than 8’ tall?

We do offer canopy rentals with 10’ tall legs as an upgrade for an additional cost. Please contact our Canopy & Tent Sales Department for details. If placing your order online through the Online Ordering Experience add the 10′ height upgrade to your order in the product list section to upgrade from the standard 8′ tent height.

What if I need a different size tent than you have listed on the Available Tents Page?

We may have additional sizes available. Please call our Canopy & Tent Sales Department for current tent rental pricing and availability.
