Step Two: Upload Your Logo

When placing your order through the Online Ordering Experience you will be required to upload a high resolution vector file of your company logo before continuing to checkout online. Logo reproduction is done using a 4 color process. Click below to order.

Step Three: Graphics Proof

After securing and placing your order, a graphics proof will be submitted for your approval. This process takes approximately 3-4 weeks from start to finish. Once completed your logo will be placed on your tent for a one time use at the event. Click below to order.

Add Graphic Packages to showcase your company and brand to your tent when placing your tent order. Easy streamlined online order process. No need to order a separate Graphics Order after placing your Tent Order. TENT+ Package Options, One Tent Order, One Order Number….Check Out Online, DONE!

TENT+ is now available to order on select canopy and tents. TENT+ adds the ability to add custom Graphic Packages to your tent during the initial ordering process, all in one easy online order, turnkey solution, now available in the following configurations: 10’x10′ MQ, 10’x20′ MQ, 20’x20′ MQ and available on select AH JUMBOTRAC tents. For all other tent configurations, graphics will be ordered as a add-on order. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order ID. Go back to Pavilioneventservices.com and select Tent Graphics from the Menu Bar, to start a separate add-on order. If you are unable to stake in your assigned booth space and need to order Concrete Ballasts to secure your tent go back to our website and select Add-Ons from the main menu to start an add-on order.

No matter your specific needs, our Graphics Department may have the solution. We have developed a new, easy to use Online Ordering Experience Add-On that will walk you through the online graphics ordering process from start to finish. Once you have secured and ordered your tent or canopy for your event, and have a generated Invoice ID from your tent order, you may want to add custom graphic(s) to your rented structure. To take the guess work out of the process we have predetermined the graphic area on each structure and have provided easy ordering templates. Depending on the temporary structure, we provide several options.

For the MQ Marquee style peak top canopy we offer logo graphic placement on the peak front, rear, left and right of the canopy. For maximum exposure you can even put your logo and add a QR CODE on the side walls, inside or out! TENT+ is available on all MQ Peak Top Canopies during the Online Ordering Experience Process!

For the AH JUMBOTRAC Tents we offer larger graphic logo placement on the Gable Front and Gable Rear/A-FRAME or on the Side Roof and Side Walls. TENT+ is available on select AH Tents! You can even add multiple logos and QR CODES to one structure! Our design and installation team work hard for you and will help to make your event a huge success by providing high quality logo decal graphics that is guaranteed to get you noticed and stand out at your next event!

STEP ONE: Select Exact Placement

Increase visibility by adding your company or product logo to your rented tent. Showcase your brand and stand out at the show! We have predetermined the graphic area on each canopy or tent. Graphics can be placed on all four sides of the tent top and all walls, inside and out! An easy ordering template will be provided, example below.

STEP TWO: Logo Upload

IMPORTANT! You are required to upload your LOGO files or images during the ordering process. Multiple files can be accepted. If you don’t have your logo ready to upload: Please save the Form and return when you have the file to upload.

Please upload a vector or high-resolution image of your desired logo. Accepted file types are vector file type: .eps or Adobe Illustrator .ai format. 300 dpi or above. Not accepted .pdf .jpg, .png, .gif, .tif file types are not accepted.

STEP THREE: Graphics Proof

Please only upload the exact graphic file that you would like to be printed. We are unable to edit your images or files. Once a graphic proof has been generated an email will be sent for your approval. A 48 hour time frame for your response and approval is given. If we do not hear back from you within that 48 hour time frame, we will initiate the Automatic Approval Process. For Rush Graphics during show installation a proof will not be generated due of printing time constraints.
